At aitext-gen.com, we strive to provide high-quality AI text generation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our paid services and subscriptions.

1. Refund Eligibility

At aitext-gen.com, we offer refunds only under the following specific conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase AND
  • Less than 20% of your request quota used

If both conditions are met, you may request a full refund of your subscription payment.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

❌ No Refund If:

  • More than 20% of your request quota has been used - Once you've used 20% or more of your allocated requests, you are no longer eligible for a refund
  • More than 48 hours have passed since purchase - Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the initial subscription purchase
  • Change of mind after using the service - If you've actively used our AI tools and exceeded the usage threshold
  • Third-party payment fees - Any processing fees charged by Paddle or your bank are non-refundable

3. Usage Calculation

Your usage percentage is calculated based on:

  • Total AI requests made (text generations, rewrites, grammar checks, etc.)
  • Compared against your plan's monthly request limit
  • Example: If your plan includes 1,000 requests/month and you've made 200+ requests, you've exceeded the 20% threshold

You can view your current usage in your Dashboard at any time.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria (within 48 hours AND under 20% usage):

  1. Email us at support@aitext-gen.com
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email Address]"
  3. Include your account email and purchase date
  4. Provide reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and verify your usage status within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellations (No Refund)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. However:

  • Cancellation does NOT automatically qualify you for a refund
  • Standard refund eligibility rules still apply (48 hours + under 20% usage)
  • If you don't qualify for a refund, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Future billing will stop immediately upon cancellation

6. Special Circumstances

In rare cases of prolonged service outages (24+ hours) or significant technical issues on our end, we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion, regardless of usage or time limits. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Paddle Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Their processing fees are non-refundable. Any disputes regarding payments must be handled in accordance with Paddle's terms of service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of aitext-gen.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
